Skaggs Faucette LLP is a litigation firm with offices in San Francisco and Palo Alto. The firm was founded by Jason Skaggs and Jeff Faucette in 2012. Previously, Jason and Jeff practiced law together for over ten years as former litigation partners at Howard Rice in San Francisco. Jason left Howard Rice in 2009 to start his own practice, and Jeff was a partner at Taylor & Company Law Offices, LLP for two years. Jason and Jeff are experienced litigators who have represented Fortune 500 companies, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals in a wide variety of commercial and intellectual property disputes.
