Jeff is now a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution panel for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Jeff is available to serve as a mediator or early neutral evaluator. Prior to joining the panel, Jeff participated in more than 60 hours of mediation training through the International Trademark Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and California Lawyers for the Arts. As part of the process of joining the NDCA panel, Jeff participated in three days of additional training with the Court. Jeff is an experienced mediator and is available outside the Court program to conduct private mediations.
